Introducing the OBC Learn to Ride Team (LtRT)
Youth of Ottawa, do you want to ride fast, work hard and have a great time. Come out and make some friends by joining the OBC LtRT on Saturday mornings.
Learn to ride safely and learn to ride fast in a Peloton of friends aged 7-15 yrs. The fun begins with obstacle courses and short sprints and before you know it we will be working on bunny hops, pace lines, peletons and
echelon's.
Note sure about what a "peleton or echelon" means! Don't worry, there will be lots of Jelly Beans to keep you going and having fun.
The LtRT meets Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m at the Gatineau Park P1 parking lot located at the back of the Asticou facility.
Program:
Teach youth ages 7+ road bicycling riding skills in a fun, friendly and safe manner.
Program Dates:
Saturdays: 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. May 2nd to September 5th
Program Venue:
Saturdays: Asticou entrance to Gatineau Park P1 Note once at Asticou Centre at 241 Cite des Jeunes you must turn into the complex and drive around to the back where the Gatineau Park P1 parking lot is
located. We will rendezvous there.

Note the group rides rain or shine come prepared. In cases of severe weather you will be contacted.
Program Requirements:
OBC Membership for the participants, approved cycling helmet, road bike, cold/warm and wet weather cycling appropriate attire and hydration/snack
