We have reserved the equipment from the West of Quebec Wheelers and with their help we will have racing going on. Here is your chance for bragging rights so throw out that challenge to your riding buddy. Doors open at the Naval Officers' Mess at 7:00pm. Cost is $3 per person for use of the facility. Inexpensive cash bar. All are welcome including non-OBC guests
John Large (WQW) will be bringing two bikes, two rollers and the clock. So it will be head to head action. They will be setup as fixed rollers with the two straps. So all people need to bring is a pair of running shoes and their legs (and preferably their favourite OBC jersey/kit). John will be bringing the front wheels of the bikes if people want to try free rollers as well. People are welcome to bring bikes if they want; but it is going to be focused on riding the fixed rollers.
John will start with a short talk about the rollers and roller racing, and then we can get into the action.
