Learn to Race - April 19th
Posted March 19th, 2008 by adminThere will be a Learn to Race Clinic at 9:00 am on Saturday April 19th at the NRC Blair Rd. campus, on the north loop where the Seenite Criteriums are held.
This course is taught by OBC coaching staff and is a great way to improve your racing and general riding skills. It will be a great aid to those desiring to race and ride in close, fast conditions through extensive contact and riding drills. The cost for this course is $30 for members and $40 for non-members (see below).

2008 Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour June 7th/8th
Posted March 19th, 2008 by adminWishing all who have registered a great and safe Tour weekend. Please remember to bring your confirmation letter as that is your ticket to obtain your bib. For those who have sold their spot, letters should have been passed on to the buyers. If you are still looking for a spot, please contact the Club office as there is a list of people who would like to sell their spot. For those who missed the article in Sunday's citizen, it is posted on-line in PDF format.

Driver Needed - Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour June 7th/8th
Posted March 19th, 2008 by adminThank you to all those who have come forward to volunteer. All the positions have now been filled EXCEPT for one - the critical job of support van driver (SAG). It requires an overnight stay at Queen's. The vehicle, accommodation and meals are supplied. Driver is accompanied by an experienced Radio person who can also act as navigator. Registration for the 2008 Rideau Lakes Cycle Tour is now closed
Posted March 17th, 2008 by adminAll applications received up to March 15 have been accepted and cheques have been cashed. Confirmation letters for the first 1250 entries are in the mail and the rest will be sent out by month’s end or sooner.
Please allow the Registrar time to complete this task prior to inquiring as to the status of your entry.
